Salvation is meaningless in this life if we do not allow the Holy Spirit to fully manifest Himself through us. The only way to walk in the full power and authority of the Spirit of Yeshua, is to undergo a process of Spiritual Surgery. Just because you have the seal of Yeshua, does not mean you are free, and just because you have the Holy Spirit living in your heart does not mean He possesses all of your heart. The Savior’s suffering though cruel was entirely purposeful in that He was purchasing rights for us with His blood. The only way to truly honor His sacrifice is to receive the fullness of every right He bought.

I will not list every legal right He suffered for but the freedoms He purchased that are relevant to our deliverance are:

• -  Peace and freedom of mind (John 19:2)

• -  Peace and freedom of heart (John 19:34 & Philippians 4:7)

• -  Freedom from soul ties (1 Corinthians 6:12-17)

• -  Freedom from demonic possession and oppression (Luke 4:17-21)

• -  Authority to cast out demons (Luke 9:1-2)

• -  The right of physical and spiritual healing (Isaiah 53:5)

• -  Freedom from curses and generational curses (Deuteronomy 21:23, Luke 23:26-43,

  Galatians 3:13)

• -  Freedom from condemnation and embarrassment from the past (2 Corinthians 5:17)

  Those who follow Christ can have what the Bible calls “Strongholds.” (2 Corinthians 10:3-5) A stronghold is a military term that is similar to a modern day military base. The United States, for example, has military bases throughout the world and these bases are in foreign countries and house US soldiers. If the base is attacked by combatants from the home country, the United States Soldiers have the legal right to fight and defend their base. This is exactly how strongholds work in the spiritual realm. Strongholds are built upon particular lies we believe about God, others, and ourselves in our hearts. These lies allow for demonic spirits to have legal authority to defend their position in our hearts and influence our thoughts, words, behaviors, attachments of our souls, and sensations of our bodies (Matthew 16:21-23). In other words, a stronghold allows Satan through his spirits, to have a foothold in our lives (Ephesians 4:27).

  The Bible calls our hearts a house (Matthew 12:43-45 & 2 John 1:10) and our heart houses have rooms that are designed to be indwelled by the Holy Spirit, which is why the Bible calls humans

vessels (Acts 9:15). Originally, God designed mankind with the intention that He alone would own our hearts. But when Adam sinned, our houses transferred ownership to Satan, giving him authority to possess our hearts with his demons. Ever since then, Man has been born with a sin nature enslaved to the demons we have allowed to take root in our hearts through sin. We cannot evict these spirits on our own as we lost that authority when Adam sinned. We can only cast these demons out once our hearts have been restored to the Father’s ownership which happens through Jesus. At the moment of salvation, Yeshua enters our hearts and sits at the dining table with us (Revelation 3:20) but He does not own every room of our homes automatically. Spirits have legal license to remain in our hearts as long as we believe the lies that protect them. This is the reason why the same people go up for the same deliverance time and again, by the authority God gave Adam, we have the ability to choose believing a lie which ensures our enslavement to sin. Yeshua confirms this legal reality when He said “and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (John 8:32, ESV). It is not the casting out of spirits or the mass deliverance that sets you free but knowing the truth.

In the above verse, Yeshua is not speaking generally but is giving the secrets of deliverance which is entirely based on what we believe in our hearts. Head-knowledge and heart-knowledge are often used interchangeably but in the spiritual realm they are vastly different. With head-knowledge we can know the truth and yet still operate under the power of the lie because the truth has not been implanted in our hearts. Yeshua is more concerned about our heart condition than our minds, because our hearts inform the thoughts we have. To demonstrate this point, Romans 10:9 shows how we are not saved by the thoughts or beliefs in our minds but those of our hearts. Romans 10:9 says “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified. . .” (Romans 10:9-10, ESV, emphasis added). Think about it, we as a society know that smoking of any kind is harmful to us but we cannot stop ourselves from engaging in the activity because we believe that smoking helps us escape our problems and feelings. This phenomenon is because our head-knowledge bends to the will of the person’s heart beliefs, the essence of strongholds.

Strongholds are formed by external events that become our internal reality when we believe the lie and speak out of the spirits contained within them. The first step of the Enemy's stronghold creating strategy is what I call the “Genesis Event.” This Genesis Event could take place during our personal lifetimes or could be from generations before, even all the way to Adam. If no one has demolished the stronghold then they continue unabated until they are removed. Hidden in the Scriptures is a detailed explanation as to how these spirits take hold of us and through us, our family line.

Step-by-step, this is how a stronghold is formed:

Step 1- The Genesis Event

The lie is introduced through an external event. Usually the lie is spread by words said to or spoken over the individual but could stem from other mediums like music, tv shows, movies, books, graphic novels, etc.

Step 2 - Meditation

The person ponders on the event and mulls over the lie, aligning events of his/her life with the lie that was spoken against them

Step 3- Reinforcement

The Enemy sends another individual or circumstance to reinforce the lie previously introduced and meditated upon

Step 4 - Belief

The person believes the lie in their heart

Step 5- Establishment

The person repeats the lie with their mouth, establishing the stronghold in their hearts and the lie as their reality

Step 6 - Invasion & Oppression

The spirit that entered through the lie leads the individual to open more doors to worse spirits, protected by more lies

Step 7 - Transmission

The spirits through the person speak lies to and over others to establish strongholds in their lives, spreading like a virus.

Too often we look at recurring sins and figure that they are the problem in and of themselves when the Bible teaches otherwise. “Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and sin that clings so closely...” (Hebrews 12:1, ESV, emphasis added). The wording of this verse shows us that it is not the sin itself that is the issue but it is the “weight” that leads us into sin. In Isaiah 61:3, we learn that there is a Spirit of Heaviness that causes us to feel the sensation that we call “Depression.” We were not created to feel empty, lonely, sad, down, “depressed,” or dead inside but happy, joyful, full of the Spirit and alive. It is this heavy emptiness that these lies create that lead us into sin because we are trying to escape the feelings this spirit creates. Soon after, we begin to crave the sin we used as a coping mechanism and with the spirits the sin has opened us up to. The spirits then have the ability to cause our minds and bodies to crave whatever vice we partake in.

Spirits do not have the authority to enslave us on their own but must have permission to enter into a person's heart. Yeshua is upfront and honest and therefore requires us to make an explicit (verbal) invitation of His Spirit into our hearts (Romans 10:9-10). He stands at the door and knocks but requires us to open the door to Him (Revelation 3:20). The Law requires the person to open their door for a spirit to enter but does not require the individual to be aware that they are doing so (implicit). So the whole strategy of the Enemy is to lead people into false beliefs and sins that give authority (legal power to complete some task or act or occupy a given territory) to his demons without them being aware. Already you see the difference between God and Satan, Yahweh wants a relationship with us, while Satan wants to control us. The reason the devil wants to possess our hearts is so that he can use our mouths to establish his will.

God made Adam with the ability to create something out of nothing by his words. In Genesis 1:26, God brought every animal to Adam to name and whatever Adam said they were, they were and continue to be to this day. What the world calls “manifesting” the Bible calls “creation authority.” This authority is what makes us the most unique creatures in Creation and why we will judge the angels (1 Corinthians 6:3). No other beings the Lord spoke into existence bears His image or authority but the sons of Adam. Satan wants to remake the world into his own image, but he needs creation authority to do so. God will not and cannot be controlled or manipulated for Lucifer’s folly, but man could. The Devil launched a conspiracy against Adam and Eve in order to transform Yahweh’s perfect masterpiece into his slaves and he used a lie (Genesis 3:1-5) and sin (Genesis 3:6) to get the Man to transfer his authority to him (Genesis 3:14-19).

God allows the Devil to goad us into establishing strongholds because he (Lucifer) is actually using the Law to do so. Satan uses verbal attacks to infiltrate a person’s defenses because of the Law written in Romans 10:17, ESV “faith comes from hearing...” What we believe is a matter of faith and all faith, whether in God through Christ or the lie, first comes by hearing. Once the person has heard the falsehood, Satan leads them to meditate upon the lie especially when multiple events seemingly support it. Satan does this in adherence to the Law written in Romans 12:2 that states “. . .be transformed by the renewing of your mind. . .” What we think about has the power to transform us, meaning if we meditate for too long on a lie, it will transform our thinking in accordance to itself. When this happens, every thought that passes through our minds is now defined by and filtered through that lie.

The fourth step is when the lie and accompanying spirit(s) takes possession of territory in our hearts. Again, Satan abides by the Law of Proverbs 23:7 that states “For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. . .” (Proverbs 23:7, NKJV). The lies we meditate our thoughts on eventually enter our heart through our mind which begins to change our character because the heart is the very center of each individual (Proverbs 4:23). Every stronghold and demonic spirit seeks to make us believe lies in our hearts so that they can make a claim on our identity. For example, 2

Timothy 1:7 informs us that there is a “spirit of fear” and this spirit also makes a claim on our identity. For example, when we feel afraid, we do not say “I feel fearful or I feel scared/afraid” but we say “ I AM scared” or “I AM afraid.” “I AM” which is exactly what God told Moses His Name is in Exodus 3:14 through the burning bush. We are supposed to be defined by the Truth (John 14:6) with our identity coming from Yeshua, what we believe about Him (Matthew 16:13-16) and who He says we are (Judges 6:12). What we believe about Him empowers us to live and behave from His love through His Spirit of Truth (John 14:17). But Satan is the Father of Lies (John 8:44) who wants us to believe his falsehoods and behave accordingly. Satan is an imitator (2 Corinthians 11:14, 1 John 4:1, Revelation 13) and at the end of the day, he wants us to worship him in complete obedience. Through a heart stronghold, Satan has full access to us as our minds, bodies, souls, and spirits are all connected to the heart. These spirits can even manipulate our perceptions and senses to where we see what they want us to see in both the physical and the spiritual. They win complete dominance when we believe their deceptions in our hearts.

The mind is the most critical battleground in the spiritual realm due to its connection to the territory of the heart. Luke 6:45 says “The good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks.” (Luke 6:45, ESV) Jesus tells us two truths in this verse that exposes the Enemy’s strategy for wanting to conquer our hearts. From what our hearts are full of, the beliefs and the spirits that are housed within them produce good or evil fruit in our lives. These works are established by the words the individual speaks which is a direct result of the content of our hearts. Satan wants our hearts because the mouth verbalizes the beliefs of our heart. Job 22:28 says “You will also declare a thing, and it will be established for you. . .” (Job 22:28, NKJV, Emphasis Added) which is a principle of Divine Law. What we declare or speak will be established. Partnering this verse with Luke 6:45, we get the following message:

The good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks and whatever he declares will be established for him.” (Luke 6:45, ESV & Job 22:28, NKJV, emphasis added) Man was made in God’s image, our words have weight which is why the Bible says “Death and life lie in the power of the tongue. . .” (Proverbs 18:21, ESV) and “I tell you, on the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak, for by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.” (Matthew 12:36-37, ESV, Emphasis Added) Yahweh has placed special emphasis on the power of our mouths because of the authority He has given to what comes out of them. All of that power flows from the heart which is why He tells us to guard it so tightly, as “from it flows the springs of life.” (Proverbs 4:23, ESV)

After the spirits have control over our tongue from their position in our hearts, they can be used to speak lies to someone else, starting the process of the stronghold in another. It is an infection,

a virus that continues to spread until they are cut off from the source: their roots. The good news is that these spirits can be evicted from our houses! But like laws in the physical world, there is a process and procedure for doing so. The process to spiritually evict those demons and strongholds is called “Sharash” which means “to uproot” or “to deal with the roots.” It is the misunderstanding of this process that leads to the failed attempts of deliverance because Yahweh is a God of order (1 Cor 14:33) and therefore if the prescribed order is not followed, the proper result cannot be rendered. Right now, these spirits cannot be fully cast out because they have what is called “Legal Title.” “Legal Title” is a real estate term which expresses how demonic spirits have the legal right to remain in our homes. We give spirits title by way of the lies we believe, creating a base where Satan’s enemy combatants (spirits) can live and reign free from the rule of the rest of the house. When they come under spiritual attack by the power of the Holy Spirit either in a sermon, conversation, or any other medium, they begin to manifest as a defense mechanism.

Manifestations vary depending on the specific spirit but there are a few identifiable markers we can pinpoint as evidence of demonic activity. The spirit will manifest itself first by odd, uncomfortable, frequent fidgeting and sporadic movements of the person when, through the Spirit, what is spoken attacks a stronghold. Next, the spirit will lead the person to attempt to change the subject, look in a different direction, turn away, or cut off the conversation in any way shape or form to escape, including talking loudly, talking over, or talking endlessly. The spirit will lead whoever they are manifesting within to speak verbal attacks to the target in an attempt to create a stronghold in the individual. We can tell the presence of a spirit present in us if we experience any singular or combination of the following:

• -  Odd sensations of heat in our chest area when a specific spirit is called by name

• -  When trigger words are said, we react with vicious words to attack the other person.

  Occasionally, we could feel heat in our chest as the words are about to be spoken, displaying that they are coming from our heart (where the spirits dwell) rather than our minds.

• -  Any repetitive sinful behaviors that we fight but cannot stop

• -  Repetitive destructive lifestyle choices that we cannot seem to change or break

• -  Fixation on a particular person or people

• -  Inability to break up and stay away from a previous love interest

• -  Consistent infidelity both emotional and physical, lack of and fear of commitment, need

  for attention from opposite sec even while in an established romantic relationship

• -  Indiscriminate flirting with multiple members of the opposite sex

• -  Unexplained attraction to a specific type of ethnicity

• -  Self-hatred, insecurity, a lack of self-confidence

• -  Jealousy, envy, frustration at a person or group of people

• -  Posting and/or liking revealing photos on social media or follow accounts who do so

• -  Excessive anger, hatred, and blasphemous attitudes toward God

• -  Irritation at the Name of Jesus and inability or hesitation to worship Him

• -  Irritation at seeing and hearing others praise and worship Yeshua and/or reading/teaching

  His Word

• -  insatiable lust for sexual perversion or attention from the opposite sex

• -  Habitual lying

• -  Recurring health issues and disease

• -  Scary or sexual dreams

• -  Restlessness

• -  Excessive anxiety and fear

• -  Emotional sensitivity to particular words, statements, or triggers

• -  And more

  These spirits hate to be exposed and/or called out by name and will usually manifest themselves in order to protect their position in the person’s heart and life. Tyrants never want to relinquish control but relish in keeping it, hence the name Ty (they want us to remain tied to them) and RANT (because they reveal their presence by incessant speech). Once the Holy Spirit has alerted us to a demonic spirit in our hearts, we must follow the procedure below in order to destroy the stronghold and remove the demon(s):

  Step 1 - We must have a personal relationship with Yeshua

  Step 1 is the most important step in this procedure otherwise we will do significantly more damage to ourselves. For example, I was at a church service where a well-known speaker engaged in a mass deliverance at the end of his message. He was very charismatic and loved casting out demons as that is what he is known for and on this particular day he casted out two powerful spirits that I just so happened to be familiar with in study and deliverance. He successfully casted those spirits out of the congregation and church but he failed (either intentionally or accidentally) to give the plan of salvation. A great number of people came forward for deliverance but none left with salvation which is so detrimental because of Yeshua’s words in Matthew 12:43-45 “When the unclean spirit has gone out of a person, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, but finds none. Then it says, 'I will return to my house from which I came. And when it comes, it finds the house empty, swept, and put in order. Then it goes and brings with it seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they enter and dwell there, and the last state of that person is worse than the first." (Matthew 12:43-45, ESV, Emphasis added)

  Jesus is saying that when a spirit is cast out, if the place they once occupied in our houses is not filled with the Holy Spirit, the demon will bring seven (the biblical number of completion) worse demons than itself to occupy the house. The person had one and ended up with eight which is

the biblical number of renewal, meaning that the demonic oppression will not only be complete, but entirely renewed in its control over the house. The Holy Spirit can only occupy rooms in a heart that has been made holy and the only way one is made holy is by giving it to Yeshua. In Ezekiel 36:26, Yahweh promised to replace our broken evil hearts with a new heart that will house the new Spirit He will place within us. This phenomena happens at salvation.

Finishing the story, everyone was clapping their hands in joy and excitement for finally receiving freedom but they did not know their freedom would be short lived because they left with empty houses and no salvation. Spirits have to obey the authority found in the Name of Yeshua HaMashiach which is Jesus the Messiah (Acts 19:11-16)), but without salvation the Holy Spirit does not have access to the individual to fill them up again. This is why Yeshua throughout His ministry only cast demons out of the people who came to Him and recognized Him as Lord and Savior because of the Full House Law found in Matthew 12:43-45. Those people and that church are under the dominion of complete and renewed demonic oppression that is causing their congregation and leadership to veer from their solid foundation in the Word to this very day.

Deliverance is dooming if not done in the right order. In these end times. We cannot afford to allow the Enemy to oppress us more than he already is so if you have not already or unsure of your standing with Him, pray the prayer found in Step 1 of the Petition Template section in order to enter into a relationship with Yeshua.

Step 2 - You Must Agree to the Purpose Contract

There is a common misunderstanding about Who Yeshua is and how He operates. Without a doubt, He is Savior, Messiah, Prince of Peace, Everlasting Father, Mighty God, The Way, Truth, Resurrection, and the Life but He is also Wonderful Counselor, Judge, King, and Commander of the Army of Yahweh (Joshua 5:14-15). He is the General King of the greatest military in existence and so must be approached as such. Salvation is for every person who calls on the Name of the Lord (Romans 10:13) but purpose is for those who enlist in His military.

Purpose is important because He has preferential treatment to those who are in the earthly regiment of His heavenly army. For example, look at King David, he fought a giant (Goliath) as a teenager and won (1 Samuel 17), he was on the run from Saul for four years and was never captured (1 Samuel 19-31), he posed as a mercenary for the Philistines as he fought the Amalekites and was never found out nor was never injured (1 Samuel 27), he fought “the battles of the LORD” (1 Samuel 25:28) for Israel often outnumbered and was never defeated (1 Samuel 17- 2 Samuel 21:17), and even when he sinned a trespass punishable by death (Leviticus 20:10 & Deuteronomy 22:22), Yahweh spared his life (2 Samuel 11-12) not because he was such a great

soldier but because the Lord was with him. See, Yeshua was with David because David stayed squarely in Yahweh’s purpose proven by the verse in Acts “For David, after he had served the purpose of God in his own generation, fell asleep and was laid with his fathers. . .” (Acts 13:36, ESV, emphasis added)

Purpose is an important step in walking in God’s freedom because the General only takes the time and effort to liberate those who are seeking to be deployed on assignment. Just like physical militaries, complete deliverance is exclusive to His enlisted soldiers. For example, being a soldier in the United States Armed Forces comes with advanced training, physical and psychiatric therapy, educational, tax and monetary benefits in addition to regular salary so that the soldiers can be fit, educated, able, ready, and focused on the mission objectives and their assignments upon deployment.

In the movie based on the true story 13 Hours, Mark “Oz” Geist, a CIA paramilitary contractor was badly injured in the Benghazi incident. In order to give him the best healthcare available at no personal cost, they re-enlisted him in the US military. Geist had to be a member of the military to get military healing, Yahweh’s Royal Military operates in the exact same manner. He said to me personally on this topic “I only free those completely who are ready to be used completely by Me.”

Yahweh is very intentional and particular about when He offers His purpose contracts to potential recruits. He never asks anyone to follow Him or join Him in an endeavor without first explaining the costs. For example, when the Sons of Thunder (James and John, sons of Zebedee) asked Yeshua to grant them the privilege to sit on both sides of His throne on the day His glory is revealed, instead of quickly saying “yes,” He said, "You do not know what you are asking. Are you able to drink the cup that I drink, or to be baptized with the baptism with which I am baptized?" And they said to him, "We are able." And Jesus said to them, "The cup that I drink you will drink, and with the baptism with which I am baptized, you will be baptized,” (Mark 10:38-39, ESV, Emphasis Added) Likewise, to the great crowd following Him along His ministry, He said "If anyone comes to me and does not hate his own father and mother and wife and children and brothers and sisters, yes, and even his own life, he cannot be my disciple. Whoever does not bear his own cross and come after me cannot be my disciple. For which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it?. . .Or what king, going out to encounter another king in war, will not sit down first and deliberate whether he is able with ten thousand to meet him who comes against him with twenty thousand?” (Luke 14:26-28 & 31-32, ESV, emphasis added) Without fail, Jesus tells us what it will take to join His mission so that we can make an informed decision to enlist in His army or remain content as an average follower of Him.

Yeshua follows the military Law of Numbers 1:3 that requires men to be at least twenty years old before they can serve in His army. He holds true to this Law throughout His election of young men in the Bible such as in the case of the youngest prophet, Jeremiah, who was commissioned around the age of 20, if not a bit younger. There are a few exceptions such as Samuel, Samson, John the Baptist, and even Yeshua Himself, but in each of those cases, the parents offered and accepted Yahweh’s purpose contract on behalf of their sons, so the Law was still followed through the elder parents.

Does this mean that Yahweh will not grant someone younger than twenty years old deliverance? Of course not (see the case of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego who Christ delivered from the fire furnace in Daniel 3). However, I have yet to personally see anyone younger than twenty commit themselves to seeking God for His specific purpose for their lives and likewise fight for their spiritual freedom from that position of purpose. Exceptions do always exist, but as a general rule, He will wait until at least twenty years old to offer a person their purpose contract.

When we ask for the purpose contract, by way of the prayer below, what we are really doing is petitioning the Throne of King Yeshua to draft us into His military, train us for battle, manifest the spiritual gifts and anointing He has allotted to our accounts by contract, and then deploy us to the area of operation our purpose dictates. When we ask, He will then watch us in order to see how committed we are. Everyone has the ability to join His armed forces and receive their purpose but few, like those who undergo military boot camp, actually finish the testing period.

In other words, the purpose contract has a high attrition rate, meaning that a lot of people end up quitting before receiving what they sought in the first place.

Jesus is looking for people who adhere to His three main purpose pillars: Sacrifice, Obedience, and Surrenderance to His Spirit (S.O.S.). Yahweh is a sacrificial God, if it does not require a sacrifice, it is likely not from Him (2 Samuel 24:24). Unlike anything else, other than Salvation, Purpose requires the greatest sacrifice. You constantly have to trade what you what for what God says, what you think for what God knows, and your time table for His timing. He will ask you to sacrifice jobs, career paths, hopes, dreams, visions, desires, and even relationships but in return you get to be 100% in His will with all the benefits offered within purpose.

Pillar 1- Sacrifice

Boiled down to its base element, living a life of purpose requires sacrifice and sacrifice is suffering. 2 Timothy 2:3-4 says “Share in suffering as a good soldier of Christ Jesus. No soldier gets entangled in civilian pursuits, since his aim is to please the one who enlisted him.” (ESV, emphasis added) Good soldiers of Jesus Christ are defined by suffering and the sacrifice of “civilian” desires and aims for those of the mission. To stay dedicated to the purpose and our assignments requires us to suffer the pain of waiting. Waiting for the Lord to authorize a move

into this investment field despite all doors seeming to be open, waiting for the spouse that God assigned rather than the person available in the moment, or waiting for the green light to begin our ministry. Whatever our particular case happens to be, God asks us to suffer because to do so reveals our faith. Our willing sacrifice displays that we entrust our future to Him beyond what we see and know in the present.

“Civilian pursuits” are entanglements for a soldier. Focusing on the pressures and pleasures of this world is how one goes from a purposeful life to aimlessness. Gentiles seek after what their bodily needs require because they have no faith in God to provide (Matthew 6:30-32). Yahweh gave us instructions on how to unlock provision for everything we need, “But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33, ESV). The American government always provides its soldiers with their mission necessities, how much more the Government of Heaven? Soldiers of Yeshua do not waste time and energy on provision-related anxiety because to do so is to be distracted, entangled in “civilian affairs.”

Even more than anxiety, the pursuit of civil pleasures is the most prevalent distraction that keeps believers from their purpose. Pleasures include all lusts of the flesh: gleeful sexual immorality, gluttony, drunkenness and “partying,” laziness and complacency, pursuit of the next expensive gadget, clothing, or possession to “keep up with the Joneses,” chasing after the “it” girl or guy to increase one’s social status, smoking and sinning for acceptance, even exaggerated expressions of faith, worship, or ministry in order to be seen and garner personal attention. All of which and others unlisted are pleasurable pursuits that lead Yeshua to retract His purpose contract. In a letter addressed to Timothy, it is written “In a large house there are articles not only of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay; some are for special purposes and some for common use. Those who cleanse themselves from the latter will be instruments for special purposes, made holy, useful to the Master [of the house] and prepared to do [every] good work.” (2 Timothy 2:20-21, NIV, emphasis added) To be used for special purposes by the Lord, we must be willing to sacrifice the common use, dishonorable, distracting, and civilian articles of our houses. In our sacrifice of “the latter”, we are placing our faith in Yeshua that as we continue in the Way of the Soldier, He will prepare us for the special purpose He has for us and every good work found therein.

Lastly, the Lord asks us to sacrifice our own desires, vain pursuits, fears, and pleasures so that we do not develop strongholds. Strongholds are the enemy of purpose which is why Jesus said "But watch yourselves lest your hearts be weighed down with dissipation and drunkenness and cares of this life, and that day come upon you suddenly like a trap.” (Luke 21:34, ESV, emphasis added) It is the cares and anxieties of life that encourage us to “escape” into pleasures that cause spiritual drunkenness, leading to the development of strongholds in our hearts. Hebrews 12:1 tells us that the “weight” of our hearts, through the spirit of heaviness, leads us

into entangling sin. Anxiety, at its core, is fear and this spirit goads us into sins of rebellion whether that be going ahead of God’s will (as Saul’s fears led him into rebellion in 1 Samuel 15:23) or seeking to stay put in our current situation when He says to move (akin to the children of Israel and the rebellion before the Promised Land in Numbers 13). These fears create strongholds that oppose the faith required to move forward or remain in a holding pattern that Yeshua dictates for our specific assignment. “For whatever does not proceed from faith is sin.” (Romans 14:23, ESV, emphasis added) Soldiers of Christ sacrifice in order to remain pure vessels, able to operate in faith without hindrances and with all endurance the Spirit provides.

Pillar 2 - Obedience

“So therefore, any one of you who does not renounce all that he has cannot be my disciple.” (Luke 14:33, ESV, emphasis added) Renounce is a legal term which means “To reject; cast off,. . .forsake; abandon.” To enter into the U.S. Armed Forces requires the enlistee to sign an enlistment contract agreeing to the terms of service which includes renouncing one’s civilian status in order to become dedicated employees of the State; King Yeshua requires the same from His recruits. He can only help, heal, provide, deliver, and free that which He owns as His possession. He can only assign a purpose, give authority, train, and deploy people who have died to themselves spiritually, giving full authority to the Resurrected King to determine the trajectory of their lives. It takes sacrificing the world to receive Yeshua’s salvation (1 John 2:15), but it takes sacrificing yourself to receive His purpose (Mark 8:34-35).

Yeshua is like a Wise Investor (Or Venture Capitalist), He is not going to dedicate valuable resources training an individual and revealing their purpose if He is not going to reap a return of obedience for His investment. Dreamers and visionaries do not receive God’s purpose for their lives because they are too busy searching for their own. Even followers of the Way (Acts 24:14) can fall into this trap of believing dreamers and visionaries are the same as soldiers of Christ. Dreamers require sleep to dream, visionaries need sight to receive vision, but soldiers are only concerned with receiving orders and carrying them out. In other words, a soldier's only concern is attaining the mission details from the Commanding Officer and obediently conducting their work with efficiency, precision, and excellence. The Soldier Life is simple, we do not have to concern ourselves with following a dream or receiving a vision, CO (Commanding Officer) Yeshua has that covered. We just partner with Him in faith to make His vision, His will a reality on earth according to His purpose.

In the United States, the Delta Force operators are the best of the best of the best, not because of their training, their focus, or their dedication, but because of their obedience. Their CO gives them the toughest of assignments in every type of mission field because they know, without a shadow of doubt, that those men will get the job done. If we want our purpose revealed, we are asking to be God’s special operators which means we have to build His trust in us that when He

gives an order, no matter how difficult, we will complete it, when He wants, how He wants, with the attitude He wants, every single time. If we are unwilling, He will rescind His offer and the privileges that come with being elite, including full deliverance, and move on to someone else. There can be no freedom without obedience. Look at Yeshua, if He was not obedient unto the cross (Philippians 2:8) there would be no Salvation and no deliverance from demonic oppression. Our personal freedom requires the same reckless obedience to God’s orders.

Pillar 3 - Surrenderance

For the final pillar, the Lord looks for complete surrenderance to His Spirit. Yeshua came to earth, yes to redeem the house of Israel (Matthew 15:24 & Matthew 20:28) and to purchase for the Father all nations, tribes, and peoples (Revelation 5:9), but He also came to show us how to live the perfect life as a human (1 Peter 2:21). The Perfect Man did so by living perfectly by the Spirit (John 8:29). Jesus actually had and has authority over the Holy Spirit (John 16:7), which is why on multiple occasions the Holy Spirit is called the Spirit of Jesus Christ (Acts 16:7, Romans 8:9 & Philippians 1:19). But to prove a point, He submitted Himself perfectly to His Spirit. For example, after His baptism, Yeshua allowed the Spirit to lead Him into the wilderness for testing (Luke 4:1) and casted out demons at the Holy Spirit’s prompting (Matthew 12:28). His miracles, His ministry, His mission, was entirely led by the Holy Spirit, He was completely obedient to the Father and the Spirit of God.

Surrendering to the Holy Spirit really is not as complicated as the Enemy likes to make it seem. It is not rocket science but it does require 3 things that our flesh resists doing naturally: Asking, Waiting on, and Obeying God. David is considered by Yeshua as a man after His own heart (1 Samuel 13:14) because he displayed an excellent ability to do all three (Acts 13:22). In 1 Samuel 30, after the Amalekites stole the wives and the treasures of David and his men, he was distraught (verse 4). But instead of rushing headstrong into battle, he employed the very strategy that led him to be the second greatest military conqueror of all time: “David inquired of the LORD.” (1 Samuel 30:8) David asked the Holy Spirit before he took any action and after Yahweh authorized him to retaliate (verse 8), David did exactly what the Lord directed (verses 16-17). He repeated this winning formula throughout his life (2 Samuel 5:19) and because he did so, he is one of the few men who fulfilled every assignment of his earthly deployment. “For David, after he had served the purpose of God in his own generation, fell asleep and was laid with his fathers. . .” (Acts 13:36, ESV, emphasis added)

Again, Yahweh is a purposeful God, He never does not ask us to do anything without a reason. He asks those seeking His purpose to be surrendered to His Spirit so that they can successfully complete the tasks He has assigned to them. No one can complete their purpose without God’s Spirit. If it were possible to do so, then it would not require any faith and if faith is not required, we know the assignment is not from Jesus. As we discussed in the “Salvation” portion of the

introduction, the Father requires perfection, which was satisfied in the Son. But the Law of Christ is built entirely on faith (1 Corinthians 9:21, Galatians 6:2 & Romans 1:17). Completing our purpose requires us to build our houses upon the strong foundation of faith because only through strong faith can we endure the challenges, obstacles, and opposition that is commonplace in spiritual warfare. Yeshua gives us the three elements of building a strong foundation of faith in Luke 6:47: Come to Him, hear His Words, and do what He says. The Judeans in Jeremiah 42 followed the first element in coming to the Lord (verses 2-3) and the second in waiting for His answer (verse 7), but like He said in Luke 6:46 & 49, they failed to follow through on what He said (Jeremiah 43:2-4). When the storm came, they were blown away because their fear led them to rebellion.

Yahweh searches for surrendered soldiers because a rebellious soldier submitted to the spirit of fear (2 Timothy 1:7) is no good to Him or His mission. As seen throughout the entire Bible, God’s missions always require us to face our fears (Joshua 1:5-9) and overcome them by the Blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony (Revelation 12:11). Yeshua, in His humanness, felt incredible fear while in the Garden of Gethsemane (Matthew 26:36-46). He no doubt dreaded the bodily torture that He would endure, but most of all, He was terrified of being separated from His Father for the first time in all eternity (Matthew 27:46). But instead of succumbing to the spirit of fear, He prayed, asking if the cup of God’s wrath could be passed from Him and then He waited for the Father’s response (Matthew 26:39,42,44). When the Father denied His request, He praised the Father (Matthew 26:39), allowed the Spirit to strengthen Him through an angel (Luke 22:43), then He faced His greatest fear in all the power of Peace that comes only from His Spirit (Philippians 4:7). He had so much peace that He said to His Disciples “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.” (John 14:27, ESV) and “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33, ESV) both of which He said as He was walking to meet His destiny, fulfill His purpose to “destroy the works of the devil,” (1 John 3:8) and claim His ultimate victory over Sin and Death. Becoming the Conquering Christ required Him to face and overcome His own fears on the cross. He is the perfect example of what an Ascended Soldier is, a Man of Purpose Who knew fear and overcame it and in the final moments of His human life shouted the Victor’s Yell in the face of His despair (Matthew 27:50, Mark 15:37, John 19:30). Now He is seated at the right hand of the Father in all authority, glory, and majesty (Ephesians 1:20-23). This same Jesus has given us every tool we need to do and be the same (John 14:12), we just have to be willing to surrender to His Conquering Spirit and obediently follow wherever He leads.

If we are willing to ask as David did, wait as the Judeans did, and obey as Yeshua did, we too will be an army of purpose, ready to overcome every obstacle we face as we allow the Holy Spirit to deliver us from every spirit that seeks to compromise us. The reward for the person of

purpose is direction (Proverbs 3:5-6) and deliverance (Mark 16:16) in this life and salvation (Romans 6:23), immortality (Romans 2:7) and honor (John 12:26) in the next. Those soldiers of destiny are not only freed but are used to free others (2 Timothy 2:20-21) by the Liberating King Yeshua the Messiah.

Step 3 - Water Baptism

We cannot begin casting spirits and lies out of our hearts until we have been baptized. While many may have been baptized as a child, Yahweh requires baptism to be a choice made after we have come to faith in Him as adults. He wants our choice to be out of genuine devotion from a personal relationship with Him and not under the guidance of parents or authority figures. This is the reason why Yeshua was baptized at age thirty and not while He was a child (Luke 3:21). We are not saying it is a requirement to be thirty years old to be baptized but we must be old enough to know that we are deciding to follow Yeshua wholeheartedly while making a 2 Timothy 2:20-21 Purpose Agreement. The point is for the individual to have the spiritual maturity to understand what is being expressed by our ceremonial water burial. Spiritual understanding usually occurs at around the military age of twenty years old (Numbers 1:3) but certainly could take place at a younger age. For example, Jeremiah was believed to be between 14-17 years old when he was commissioned (Jeremiah 1:6-7), so the decision to be baptized is more than welcomed at younger ages as long as it is a personal decision made by the person.

Water Baptism spiritually kills our flesh (Romans 6:4) which allows us to cast spirits out of us because sin no longer reigns in a dead vessel (Romans 6:6-7 & 11). Baptism revokes their legal license to remain in our homes, eliminating their title. Before baptism, our flesh is still alive and therefore subject to sin meaning that the spirits continue to have the legal right to remain in our hearts and bodies. But once we come out of the water, they are officially trespassing in a house that has had its ownership transferred to Yeshua (Romans 14:8). This does not mean that after baptism, all demons and strongholds are gone but that we now have the authority (legal power) to cast them out. We are given increased legal authority after baptism because it seals the agreement with Yeshua that we belong to Him (2 Corinthians 1:21-22) which is why He said that we must make Him Lord and be baptized (Mark 16:16). The confession we make at salvation saves us from hell in the next life and baptism allows us to be freed from demonic oppression in this life. He can only set free and heal what belongs to Him, this is why water baptism is so important: we give Him the keys and deed to our heart houses, making them His. At Salvation, Yeshua enters our house, at baptism, He owns our house.

Additionally, water baptism is how we show Yahweh that we accept His purpose contract. In Luke 7 it is written “but the Pharisees and the lawyers rejected the purpose of God for

themselves, not having been baptized by him.” (Luke 7:30, ESV, emphasis added) The Pharisees and lawyers were not able to walk in the purpose God had for them because they refused to get baptized. Likewise, the Holy Spirit will lead us to get baptized after we have stated our adherence to the purpose contract. Should we refuse to do so, we refuse the purpose contract and all rights and benefits rendered.

Step 4 - Ask the Holy Spirit to identify the strongholds, spirits, and generational curses that remain in our hearts

After water baptism, we are ready to begin the uprooting process. As we have discussed, the spirits behind the sensations, emotions, desires, thoughts, and behaviors have the legal right to remain in our hearts as long as we continue believing the lies they are built upon. These lies act very similar to a cancerous tumor, they rapidly and violently spread to different areas of the individual's heart and through the heart, their entire vessels.

Mass deliverance, like chemotherapy, has the ability to remove the spirit cancer but it wrecks our spiritual immune systems in the process, leaving us weak and vulnerable to more attacks against our bodies. To make matters worse, the cancer is not removed but in remission, with the latent ability to return with a vengeance if the proper circumstances are introduced. The infectious nature of strongholds is why we do not find any instances of mass deliverance in the Bible. Not a single occurrence of a speaker, preacher, teacher, or pastor, casting out specific spirits in front of a large crowd of people. The type of mass deliverance craze we are seeing is leaving individuals in worse positions than before, with strongholds and oppression from demons in remission but not surgically removed. So, the cancer lays dormant until the same stressors cause the spirits to manifest once more but this time with 7 more demons worse than itself.

In the Gospels and in the Book of Acts, the deliverance was one-on-one with Yeshua or one-on-one with the Apostles in Jesus’ Name. For example, in Luke 4 the people came to Peter’s door in order to be healed and have demons cast out by Christ. He did so on a personal basis, illustrated when He laid hands on each person who came to see Him, not healing en masse. “Now when the sun was setting, all those who had any who were sick with various diseases brought them to him, and he laid his hands on every one of them and healed them.” (Luke 4:40, ESV, emphasis added). He is a personal God Who heals and delivers personally because deliverance can only happen personally.

It was Yeshua Who appeared to Moses in the burning bush and gave Himself the Name Yahweh (Exodus 3), it was Yeshua Who met with Moses and gave Him the words to say to Pharaoh and Yeshua Who led the children of Israel out by His Presence as a Cloud (Exodus 3:21-22

Deuteronomy 4:37). He delivered Israel en masse out of Egypt but we see from the moment they left, wandered in the wilderness, conquered Canaan, were ruled by the Judges, elected the kings, conquered by Nebuchadnezzar and exiled to Babylon, returned to Israel, rebuilt the Temple, survived Haman’s genocidal plot, rebuilt and repopulated Jerusalem, all the way to His birth and beyond, they continually fell into idolatry and elected to worship demonic spirits. He tried mass deliverance and it did not work so He switched game plans by deciding to make a personal appearance to His people (Luke 7:16) as a Man. In His earthly ministry, Immanuel recognized that the spirits were not the issue but the lies they were believing. He knew these lies kept the Judeans under captivity which is why He claimed to be the Truth (John 14:6) Who sets them free (John 8:32). In His wisdom, Yeshua recognized that His people can only be delivered on a personal level.

Yeshua wears a lot of hats with many titles, one of the titles He gives Himself is “Doctor.” (Mark 2:19). He actually tells us throughout His ministry and in His Word what kind of surgeon He is. Hebrews 4:12 reads “For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12, ESV, Emphasis Added) Yeshua’s True Name is the Word of God (John 1:1 & Revelation 19:13) so by the words of Hebrews 4:12, Yeshua is a Surgeon but not just any Surgeon, His speciality is surgery of the heart.

A surgeon is a person of high intelligence, skill, precision, and patience. Every cut has a purpose, every incision is intentional, never to harm but always to rehabilitate. Surgeons remove what is unhealthy and harmful and bind to the patient what is healthy and necessary for full recovery. Surgeons use scalpels that ensure the surgeon’s vision and plan for the patient’s care is accomplished in conformity to the doctor’s will. A surgeon takes and treats patients according to their particular needs. There is no blanket surgery that cures all diseases and heals all wounds, but after carefully reviewing each case, the doctor comes up with a patient care plan and executes that plan with his team perfectly. Yeshua is the Surgeon, the scalpel is the Holy Spirit, and we are both His patient and His teammate in our healing.

Yahweh partners with us to heal us by His Spirit, knowing just what to cut in order to make room for His Spirit to manifest more fully through us. He heals and delivers individually because every heart is different and requires different surgical methods to heal. This is the reason why He advocates for self-deliverance in Luke 6:41-45, particularly verses 42-43 which reads “How can you say to your brother, 'Brother, let me take out the speck that is in your eye, when you yourself do not see the log that is in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take out the speck that is in your brother's eye.” (Luke 6:42-43, ESV, emphasis added). The Son of God charges us with the responsibility to notice our own spiritual blindness and to remove the obstruction all by the leadership, guidance, counsel, and power of His Holy Spirit.

Just like in bodily surgery at a hospital, spiritual operations also follow a procedure to ensure a successful surgery can be conducted and completed. The first step is preparing the OR (operating room). To prepare properly, all tools need to be in place and ready for the Doctor to use. For this, we will need a dedicated journal that we use only for the purpose of self-deliverance and nothing else, a writing utensil, and the Bible (either physical or digital, especially if we do not have verses on the partícular topic stored in our spirit men yet). The pages in the journal represent us on the operating table, the pen is the scalpel the Spirit uses to operate within us with us, and the Word which cuts us open, exposes the lies our hearts believe, and removes them to make space for His Spirit.

Pray the initial prayer of Step 4 in the Petition Template section to invite the Holy Spirit to begin exposing the strongholds, lies, spirits, and generational curses of your heart!

From this point on, the Lord will begin exposing areas of Enemy occupation in our heart by way of the list of behavioral markers and reactions listed above. He will arrange circumstances and situations that will cause spirits to manifest in us so that He can expose them to us. When these stressors come our way it is our job to interrogate these thoughts, behaviors, and reactions. The question “why?” Will be our best asset. “Why do I react the way I do every time I see her?” “Why do I fly off the handle whenever he says...” “Why can’t I seem to let him go...?” “Why am I attracted to...?” “Why did I do...?” Etc. The Holy Spirit will begin leading us to question every action and reaction you take with a combination of conviction and grace, to bring our attention to the strongholds lurking in the shadows of our hearts.

The journaling process may take one hour for one-hour entry or multiple two-hour sessions on a deep-seated lie which may sound tedious but let me assure you: it is tedious. Each of us must decide if our spiritual freedom is worth the time, energy, and effort. For most people, the answer is “no” but if you are reading this, then you are not “most” people. I promise you it is well worth everything it’ll cost you to walk in the liberty Yeshua purchased and on the blood of the Lamb, this process works flawlessly. Just commit right now to see this fight through and determine not to quit until you have attained the fullness of the freedom Yeshua bled and died for. Pray this prayer for added help from the Holy Spirit to complete the deliverance operation:

When God prompts us to start journaling after exposing an undesirable emotion, reaction, behavior or thought process, put the date, time, location, and entry number (Entry #12 or Entry 33.5 for example) in the right hand corner and pray the petition of Step 4B before starting to journal.

This process has absolutely no place for guilt or shame, only analysis. The Marine Corp has a saying “[Analyze], Adapt, Overcome,” we soldiers of the King’s Court must have this same approach to any and all behaviors that the Lord will cause to manifest. Analyze the event and circumstances that recently occurred or the Lord highlighted to you (the “how”) with the purpose of finding the “why” because the “why” exposes the lie. The Spirit of the Lord will download into our minds at those moments key events that have reinforced the lie and will bring us further back in our personal histories as we continue to write. Each event will bring about a clearer picture of this lie, like peeling back the layers of tissue in surgery until the Genesis Event is revealed and the cancerous lie exposed. Once the lie is exposed, the stronghold is prepped for removal.

Please Note: Each of our studies has deliverance interwoven in the lessons as we are of the firm belief that deliverance is topical, meaning that as we are learning about a topic the Lord highlights areas of our heart where we believe lies pertaining to them.

It may take multiple entries to get to the root of a particular lie! The Holy Spirit will make it clear if more time in Ed’s to be allotted to a topic, be diligent and get to the root!

Step 5 - We Tear Down the Stronghold Lie, Evict the Tenants, and Revoke All Licenses

After the successful surgical procedure, it is time to remove the cancer. As previously stated, these lies have embedded their roots deep into the soil of our hearts which means we must be uprooted. Once we do so, we rid them not only from our own hearts but our family bloodline as well (Micah 5:14). To do this, we must legally demolish the stronghold by denying their access and cast out the spirits from our vessels.

Yeshua gave us the authority to cast out spirits in His Name (Luke 9:1) which includes casting them out of us. He also gave us the authority to bind and loose spirits in Matthew 16:19, “whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." (Matthew 16:19, ESV). Meaning that we have the ability to bind demonic spirits and loose them from our hearts and vessels by casting them out in His Name. We will employ our Luke 9:1 and Matthew 16:19 rights and legally remove these strongholds and spirits from us and our bloodline.

The Eastern Standard Bible nor the other common translations of the Word include Matthew 17:21 but it remains present in older manuscripts. We must analyze it because it is vital in understanding how certain demonic spirits must be cast out and why. One particular day, a child was being tormented by a particularly nasty demon that threw the boy into fire and water to kill

him (suicide spirit). The Disciples attempted to cast out the demon but were unsuccessful which is when Jesus stepped in, rebuked the spirit, cast it out, and commanded it to never re-enter the young man again. The Disciples asked Him in private why they were unable to cast out the wicked spirit and Yeshua said “however this kind not goes out except but by prayer and fasting.” (Matthew 17:21) The prayer and fasting does not cast the demon out which is why you can fast often which helps control urges and desires (which is why we highly recommend fasting during this process and often) but the spirits and strongholds still remain. Fasting and praying increases our spiritual authority to be able to confront, rebuke, bind, and cast out demons of higher rank. Remember this is spiritual warfare, with spiritual militaries that we are enlisted in. All militaries have rankings of soldiers with higher ranking officials wielding greater authority. The kingdom of Hell also has a military with various rankings. Some demons are above our current spiritual ranking (or are operating in an area where we have not been authorized to operate within) and therefore do not have to obey our commands even if they are made in the Name of Yeshua. But, by praying and fasting, we grow in the spiritual, raising our ranking and increasing our authority. Increasing our spiritual power allows us to conquer the demon that was previously giving us trouble. The Holy Spirit will lead us to fast when He is preparing us to face a demonic spirit we are not yet strong enough to handle. When He lays it upon our hearts to do so, it is our duty to be obedient as obedience is the quickest way to rank up and increase our legal authority in His spiritual army.

Note: Spirits are often protected by other lies we believe which is why we must continue to rely on the Holy Spirit to reveal all lies we hold in our hearts. This procedure usually takes a process of months to a year and in some cases, maybe longer. Think of it as an entire country with multiple enemy bases within its borders. The war is not over after we have taken out a singular enemy stronghold as the children of Israel did not take the Promised Land after defeating the city of Jericho (Joshua 5:13-6:27). In physical warfare, after an enemy base is demolished, the opposing army is still able to flee to another base. But here is the good news: They have lost ground and therefore have less control over us until eventually we clear out of our entire territory.

The prayer is rather lengthy but we need to repeat each word in order to reap the full benefits. What we are doing is revoking the license of these demons to ourselves and our family lines which requires us to legally petition the Supreme Court of Heaven to do so. All law, including Divine Law, is based on processes that when executed properly ask the court to act on our behalf in a particular manner, pertaining to a specific case. In man’s law, entire cases are thrown out and petitions denied simply because one failed to follow the proper procedure, Yahweh is no different. The full procedure from start to finish is found in the “Petition Template” section beginning in Step 5 below!

Step 6 - We Bind the Holy Spirit to Those Newly Freed Territories and All Areas of Our Vessels

After we have demolished the stronghold and cast out the presiding spirits, we have to fill that territory with the Holy Spirit. This is the most important aspect of self-deliverance that, if we neglect, will leave us in a worse position than before. Remember the point Yeshua was making in Matthew 12:43-45 was that casting out demons is only half of the procedure. We MUST give the previously occupied territory to the Holy Spirit immediately following their eviction so taht when they try to reinvade, they are met with the Spirit of the Lion of Judah. Simply saying “Holy Spirit, I give you the territory of my heart in Jesus’ Name” is not enough. The Court cannot process our request because we have not made one legally speaking. We must bind the Spirit of God to the location in question and give Him legal access to build His own strongholds of righteousness. The goal here is for the Spirit of Jesus to possess us more fully so that He can manifest Himself without our conscious effort. Remember the mouth speaks what the heart is full of and a good [person] does good from the good stored up in [them] (Luke 6:45) so when our hearts are full of Truth through the Spirit of Truth (John 14:17), we will think, speak, and behave in that Truth automatically. This phenomenon of Spirit manifestation is true freedom because if we have to concentrate to do, think, or be something, then it is not a part of our character. If, on the other hand, we act, think, and speak in a particular manner without purposing to do so, then it is a part of who we are. Yeshua loves because He is Love (1 John 4:17), He does not have to purpose in His heart to love as if it is strenuous but it flows out of Him because of Who He is. We have this same ability through His Spirit which is why the Word says that God will conform us into the image of Jesus (1 Corinthians 15:49), He does so by taking further possession of our hearts through the Holy Spirit and we give Him the ability to do so through this specific petition. “And I will give you a new heart, and a new Spirit I will put within you. And I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh. And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and be careful to obey my rules.” (Ezekiel 36:26-27, ESV, emphasis added)

As we learned in the previous step, all spirits can be bound in the spiritual realm, including the Holy Spirit. Binding has two definitions, one that means “tying up or restricting movement by restraints” for example, “But no one can enter a strong man's house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man. Then indeed he may plunder his house.” (Mark 3:27, ESV, emphasis added) The binding of demons and strongmen is a powerful weapon our God bought for us on the cross but this is not the type of “binding” we are engaging with this step. The second definition of “bind” can be found in “And foreigners who bind themselves to the LORD. . .” (Isaiah 56:6, NIV, emphasis added). In the context of the verse, binding means “joining, merging, or becoming unified.” As we bind ourselves to the LORD, He binds Himself to us.

In 1 Corinthians 6:17, we learn that all spirits seek to bind with us including the Holy Spirit, as binding also means to become one. The blood of Yeshua paved the Way for us to have a perfect bond with His Spirit which is why He prayed the following hours before He would be nailed to the cross: “The glory that you have given me I have given to them, that they may be one even as we are one, I in them and you in me, that they may become perfectly one, so that the world may know that you sent me and loved them even as you loved me.” (John 17:22-23, ESV, emphasis added). This process takes place little by little, by demolishing a stronghold and casting out the devils to make way for the Spirit of Christ to occupy that space by binding Him to it. “But he who is joined to the Lord becomes one Spirit with him.” (1 Corinthians 6:17, ESV, emphasis added) and those who are one Spirit with Him act as He acts (Luke 6:40). We need to bind the Holy Spirit to our hearts in the newly cleared area in order to give Him fuller possession of us, making us more Spirit then men and women.

Step 7 - We Seal Ourselves and Bloodline from the Lie, Stronghold, and Spirits Forever

Now that the heart transplant surgery has been completed, we need to seal our house by locking all doors. The Bible tells us that we overcome by the blood of the Lamb (Yeshua) (Revelation 12:11) but we must apply the blood to the door of our house in a specific manner. In Exodus 12, Yahweh gave the people of Israel the directive to slaughter a perfect male lamb and spread its blood on the doorposts of their homes as the Lord was about to strike down the firstborn of the Egyptians. He said that when He sees the blood properly applied, He will not allow the destroyer to enter their house (Exodus 12:13 & 23).

Yeshua is the Perfect Lamb Whose blood was spilled so that the destroyer passes over us. His blood on the doorpost of our spiritual houses allows no demonic entities to re-enter our abodes through that passageway. Through the legal authority of the blood, the Spirit seals that door of our family lines shut permanently. We have the ability to close our doors forever based on what is written in Mark 9:21 "You mute and deaf spirit, I command you, come out of him and never enter him again." (Mark 9:21, ESV, emphasis added). “And they have conquered him (Satan and his demons) by the blood of the Lamb. . .” (Revelation 12:11a, ESV, emphasis added)

Step 8 - We Declare Our Freedom in That Area in the Name of Yeshua

Congratulations, you made it to the final step! To conclude our petition we must establish our freedom in the spiritual realm by declaring our victory through the Messiah. Life and death lies

in the power of our tongues (Proverbs 18:21) which is why it is written in Revelation 12, “And they have conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, for they loved not their lives even unto death.” (Revelation 12:11, ESV, emphasis added). So, we conquered Satan and his strongholds by the blood of the Lamb applied (covered in the previous step) in addition to the word of our testimony. In law, when a statute uses the word “and” to connect one or more elements it means what is listed before in addition to what is listed after. Meaning that we overcome by both His blood plus the verbal declaration of our testimony. The reason is because of the authority of our words written in Job 22:28, “And you will decree a word and it will be established for you. . .” (Job 22:28, LTRV, emphasis added). Use the Messiah’s blood and then decree your newly freed status in the particular area addressed to have it established!

Step 1 - Salvation

“Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for this opportunity to approach Your throne. I know that I am a sinner and have broken Your Perfect Law, making me completely unworthy to utter Your Holy Name and much less make a request of Your Court. Because of my trespasses, I deserve to die a criminal’s death and then spend eternity in the flames of hell. But, it is written in Your Word that anyone, including me, who calls on the Name of the Lord will be saved (Romans 10:13) if I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in my heart that You raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). So, in faith I call upon the Name of the Lord Yeshua the Messiah for salvation. I confess Him as my Lord and King, meaning from here on out I will do what He says and obey His teachings, commands and Laws. I believe in my heart that Yeshua was raised from the dead by the Word of the Father (Acts 2:32-33 & Galatians 1:1), the power of the Spirit (Romans 8:11), and the authority of the Son (John 2:19-21 & 10:17-18). I ask that my sins be forgiven in Jesus’ Name and my legal indebtedness (Colossians 2:13-14) be entirely erased by the blood of the Lamb. I ask that I now be filled with the Holy Spirit and that the Spirit of Jesus makes my heart His permanent home. I revoke my citizenship of the world and today I proclaim myself a citizen of the Kingdom of Yahweh. I accept my faith-right as a co-heir (Romans 8:17) with Christ through His blood and take my rightful places as a child of God Most High in His Name! Step 2 - Acceptance of the Purpose Contract

(First ask the Holy Spirit to pray the following prayer through you as you petition Yeshua’s Throne)

“Yahweh Elohei Tseva’ot (Yahweh God Almighty), I praise You as my God and Savior. I thank You for leaving Your heavenly throne to become a man, to bleed and die upon a cross made for sinners and resurrecting to bring me new life. Adonai (Lord), You have stated in Your Word that You are a Mighty Warrior (Zephaniah 3:17) and in Exodus 15:3, You refer to Yourself, Yahweh, as “a Man of War.” In the days of the wars of Canaan, when you appeared before Joshua son of Nun to reveal to him the strategy by which You would give Your people Israel the victory against their adversaries in Jericho, Yeshua, You identified Yourself as the “Commander of the Army of Yahweh.” Being a Man of War (Exodus 15:13), a God of order (1 Corinthians 14:33) Who appeared to “destroy the works of the devil” (1 John 3:8) I know that You led me to repentance by Your Holy Spirit for a purpose and I recognize that I cannot have my purpose revealed nor fulfill all that I am called to for my generation unless I enlist in the earthly regiment of Your

heavenly army. So, today I petition the Supreme Court of the Most High God to enlist myself into Your holy armed forces by requesting and upon water baptism, accepting Your Purpose Contract for my life.”

“It is written in 2 Timothy 2:20-21 that if I cleanse and separate myself from the common use articles, that You will prepare me, train me, deploy me, and use me for the special purposes You have created for me to complete. I beseech the Throne of Grace (Hebrews 4:16) to train me as a special operator, useful to the Master in every good work. In return, I pledge myself to You and Your mission fully, no aspect of my life will be off limits to You and Your Spirit. Anything You ask me to do, I will do; anything You ask me to sacrifice, I will sacrifice willingly; and every mission You assign I will complete no matter the hardship or costs by the power of Your Spirit. I will not be ruled by fear but will be led by faith as it is written “the righteous will live by faith” (Romans 1:17). I will study to show myself approved unto You (2 Timothy 2:15), I will make decisions not on my own understanding but by the leadership of Your Spirit (Proverbs 3:5-6), and I will seek Your face out of love and gratitude for the price You paid for my deliverance. I only ask that you enlist me in Your military, reveal to me Your purpose for my life, assign all authority, rights and benefits that are allotted to my account as a Soldier of the Way including complete deliverance from demonic strongholds, teach me how to exercise the authority vested responsibly in my assigned area of operation according to Your timing, and use me mightily for Your special purposes in continuance of Your war against the kingdom of darkness. You said, O Holy Messiah, that anything I ask in Your Name You will do and when I ask, if I believe that I have received it, then it will be given to me. So I claim my John 14:13-14 and Mark 11:24 rights by asking all of this in the Conquering Name of Melech Yeshua HaMashiach (King Jesus the Messiah) and I forgive every person that has ever wronged me, as this is the requirement to receiving what I have asked (Mark 11:25). Holy Spirit, if I hold anything against anyone in my heart, please reveal my unforgiveness and to whom it is directed at in order to lead me to forgive them from my heart in Jesus’ Name. I thank You for hearing my request this day and answering my petition in the affirmative “yes and amen” (2 Corinthians 1:20) according to Your great riches (Philippians 4:19) and abounding love (Psalm 103:8) I pray, Amen.”

Step 3 - Water Baptism

No prayers needed! Go through the process of getting water baptized at your local church. If you do not have one, ask the Holy Spirit to lead you to the church He wants to make your home church, a place where you can get water baptized as a public declaration of your enlistment in His army and be discipled in the Way of the Spirit (Romans 7:6).

Step 4 - Requesting the Holy Spirit to Reveal All Strongholds, Spirits, and Generational Curses

“Yeshua HaMashiach (Jesus the Messiah), King of kings, Lord of lords (Revelation 19:6), the First and Last, the God Who holds the keys to Death and Hades (Revelation 1:18), I thank You for subjecting Yourself to life on earth to die on my behalf. If You did not pay the debt of my sin, then hell would be my eternal destiny. But because of Your great love, You laid down Your life but in Your might and strength You took it back up again (John 10:18) to win for me immortality (Romans 2:7) with You. I praise You and Thank You, Mighty God (Isaiah 9:6), for the gift that is Your blood to back Your Word and I uplift You as God and King of My destiny. Right now, I humbly ask that You forgive me of my sins and cleanse me of all unrighteousness as You promised to do if I confess them before You in 1 John 1:9. So, I confess all my sins before you, those of commission and omission, those I was aware of and done unaware, on my own I am a sinner but by Your blood I am made clean and holy before the Father. Please forgive me and wash me with Your blood so that my petition before Your throne may be heard.

Adonai (Lord), I accepted Your purpose contract and have been baptized in water confirming my agreement to all terms and conditions of my enlistment contract in your holy Army. As a full member of the earthly regiment of the Armed Forces of Yahweh, I claim my right for complete deliverance from all strongholds, spirits, and generational curses as purchased for me by You on the cross by asking You to release the Holy Spirit upon me in Jesus’ Name. Yeshua please baptize me in the Holy Spirit so that He has the authority and permission to manifest in every way He requires in order to free me and my family line from all spiritual shackles.

Holy Spirit, I ask You in the Mighty Name of Yeshua the Messiah to highlight, reveal, expose any and every stronghold, demonic spirit, attachment of my soul, mindset, and generational curse that has taken root in my house and all lies that I believe in my heart, either from my own experiences or from any of my ancestors dating all the way back to Adam. I ask that You make them known to me privately, through self-reflection, and interpersonal conversation. Please cause them to manifest and bless me with the discernment to ask You the root cause of such thoughts, words, dreams, sensations, attractions, emotions, connections, activities, open doors to the demonic, demonic oppression, and behaviors in order to uproot them from my house forever in the Name of Jesus the Messiah. In return, I agree to give You the territory they currently hold for Your possession to manifest Yourself more fully in and through my thoughts, words, dreams, sensations, attractions, emotions, connections, activities, open doors to the Father and His liberation and behaviors in this life and for eternity. You desire all my heart as Your dwelling place (Deuteronomy 6:4), highlight any area of my house that does not belong to You and I will uproot it and give it to You, only bring them to my attention and help me to understand the root cause by the power of Your Spirit in the Name of Yeshua. I ask all this claiming my John 14:13-14 rights where I may ask anything in Your Name, the Name of Yeshua HaMashiach

(Jesus the Messiah) and You will do it, and I ask so that I may receive the promise of having my joy be completed (John 16:24) in the glorification of the Father through You, the Son, in us. Amen.”

Step 4B- Prayer to Repeat Before Each Journaling Session

“Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank You for this incredible opportunity to be able to uproot all lies that the Enemy has used to oppress me and my family for generations. Thank You Father for sending Yeshua to us and Jesus, Thank You for pouring out Your blood to buy our freedom and right to the Holy Spirit of Liberty (2 Corinthians 3:17). I pray that You forgive me of my sins and cleanse me of all unrighteousness and fill me with Your Holy Spirit. Holy Spirit I pray that You write through me today as You show me what it is You want to uproot today. Expose every lie I am believing in the area You choose to address today while You expose every territory the spirits within them have infected in my life and the lives of my ancestors. I pray all of this, thanking You ahead of time, Spirit of Truth, for liberating me from the Enemy’s bondage, in the Name of Yeshua, Amen.”

Steps 5 - 8 - Uprooting and Rebinding Template

Note: Steps 5-8 are all to be completed in a single prayer session and are written here to be done as such. This is one procedural request broken down in four steps that build upon each other. Done out of order or failing to complete each step will fail to yield the desired results!

Step 5 - Uprooting Lies, Evicting Tenants, Revoking Licenses

“Adonai Eloyn (Supreme Lord),

Thank You for this opportunity to, in the Presence of Your Holy Court, remove the strongholds that have oppressed me and my ancestors for so long. But for Your blood, there would be no liberation for me or my family line. I ask that You forgive me of every sin and cleanse me of all unrighteousness that would prohibit You from hearing this prayer claiming my 1 John 1:9 right. Right now I ask that You fill me with the Holy Spirit and Holy Spirit, I pray that You speak through me to uproot the lies, strongholds, and spirits You want me to target in this proceeding.

Today, before the Supreme Court of the Most High God, I cancel all calls, claims, connections, covenants, contacts, contracts, curses and generational curses, sins and generational sins with

these lies, behaviors born from them and sever all soul and/or emotional ties with [Name Specific Person or People By Name (if none in particular apply, say “any person”)], [Name Specific Place(s) (or say “any place”)], [Name Specific Thing(s)/Item(s) (or say “any item”)], and/or [Name Specific Idea(s) (or say “any idea”)] in Jesus’ Name. [If applicable] I forgive [Name Person(s) Who Offended or Sinned Against You] for [Name Offense(s)] from my heart, I speak a blessing of salvation, deliverance, prosperity, and success over everything they touch and everywhere they go and I release them. I cancel any emotional, spiritual, physical or soul ties with the aforementioned (“person” or “people”) and any hold they have on my house or family line in the Name of Yeshua.

[If applicable] I cancel and sever all emotional, physical, psychological, spiritual, and soul ties with [Name Person or People] born from an illegal emotional, psychological, spiritual and/or sexual relationship(s) that violated God’s Laws and His will for my life in the Name of Yeshua. Following the uprooting further along in this proceeding, [Name Person or People] will no longer have any hold on my mind, body, soul, spirit, heart, vessel, family, or family line in Jesus’ Name and all spiritual transference from any sexual contact I have had I reverse and cancel in Jesus’ Name, no longer taking their identity as my own. I spiritually divorce [Name Person or People] from myself, ending our implicit illegal marriage established when we first joined together and strengthened when we continued to “become one flesh” (Genesis 2:24) through [Name Type(s) of Intercourse (Oral/Vaginal/Anal/or any other contact of reproductive organ(s)) and another body part (including stimulation of yours or their organ with your or their hand, the organ and one’s breasts or backside with no penetration, rubbing of clothed body parts against each other with no penetration, and any clothed or unclothed groping )] sexual intercourse. In Yeshua’s Name, we are now legally separated and are no longer “one flesh” as I am now fully one Spirit with Yeshua the Messiah through His Holy Spirit following the complete uprooting process. All adulteries committed from each sexual experience and with each partner that is not my (“current” or “future”) spouse, including generational adulteries, within the confines of legal and holy matrimony before Yahweh and two or more witnesses, I confess as sin, ask for forgiveness, and deliverance from all spiritual, physical, emotional, psychological consequences before God as I repent entirely in Jesus’ Name.

I rebuke, I uproot, I deny legal access, legal authority, legal influence, and legal presence, to build, establish, maintain, and defend these strongholds of lies and the spirits housed within them from my mind, body, soul, spirit, and heart, house, family, family line, lifestyle, livelihood, work, business(es), ministry, place(s ) of work, business, ministry, leisure, conversations, relationships, (“current” or “future”) homes, vehicles, transactions, commitments, contacts, contracts, opportunities, future business and ministry partners and partnerships, relationships, friendships, marriage, relationships with my (“current” or “future”) children, sibling(s), parents, grandparents, aunt(s), uncle(s), cousin(s), pastors and leaders and those who have been assigned to me to lead, in Jesus’ Name. Additionally, I deny them legal access, authority over, and

license to what I do and do desire, and don’t and don’t desire to touch, do, accomplish, feel; set my feet and go; sensations, urges, desires, reactions of my body; what my soul is and desires to attached to, is in the process of attaching itself to, what my soul is and desires to detach from, and is in the process of detaching itself from; what I do and do desire and what I do not and don’t desire to desire and believe in my heart.

Lastly, I deny them legal access and legal authority and revoke their license to what I think about, focus, fixate, fantasize about, the memories and experiences stored in my mind, fantasies, desires, and perceptions based on memories and experiences I or any of my ancestors have had, all intrusive thoughts, images, videos, visions, and dreams, plots, plans, agendas, schemes, ideas, mindsets, perceptions, thought processes, hormonal, pheromonal, chemical reactions, responses, and imbalances, sensitivity and reaction/responses to witchcraft and intrusive psychological, emotional, and sexual stimuli, perverse sexual attractions and desires in general, from past sexual abuse of me and in my family line, rampant sexual immorality and pornographic content consumption, perception manipulation, desire perversion, and mental degradation caused by or in response to demonic spiritual presence, influence, and generational curses. I revoke their license to my synapses, myelin, the blood and water that passes through my brain and the blood/brain barrier, all brain waves and bio-electrical currents running through my brain and down my brain stem through my spinal cord and throughout my body by way of my nervous system, and to the blood and DNA and protein prions that run through my brain and my entire body and all thoughts, words, behaviors, desires, sensations, reactions born from the following lies:

For example, to defeat the lie of loneliness, ‘I no longer believe the lie that I am lonely as I now believe what is written in John 16:32 that “Yet I am not alone, for the Father is with me” through the Holy Spirit who will be with me, dwells with me and in my heart forever as Yeshua guarantees in John 14:16-17’ Do this for each lie)]

I renounce and uproot the previously named lie(s) and I command them to go straight to the pit of hell in the Name of Yeshua, as I no longer believe them and therefore they no longer have a hold on me or my family line in Yeshua’s Name. I bind the listed truth(s) previously stated in its/their stead in Jesus’ Name.

With the stronghold of lies demolished, I bind and the following spirits previously protected by those strongholds:

(Note: Even if you feel certain spirits do not apply to you or your situation, name each spirit anyway as they may be lying dormant in your bloodline, quietly influencing thoughts and behaviors without fully manifesting from your ancestors.)

I cast out and command the aforementioned spirits to come out of me right now, leave my house and bloodline, and go straight to the pit of hell in the Name of Yeshua the Messiah!”

Step 6 - Binding the Holy Spirit to Liberated Territories

“I now affirm and come into agreement with all calls, claims, covenants, contacts, contracts, relationships, assignments, blessings and generational blessings, anointings and generational anointings, protections and generational protections, purposes and generational callings that the Holy Spirit has with me, for me, and over my house in Jesus’ Name.

With the truths bound in the places of my heart previously inhabited by spirits protected by strongholds of lies, I give the Holy Spirit full, irrevocable allodial title to the newly cleared areas of my house. That is to say that this/these territories belong to You, Holy Spirit to build, establish, maintain, and defend Your strongholds of righteousness forever and I bind the Spirit of God to my heart and throughout my vessel in order to manifest Himself more fully, automatically, and without ceasing.

And all the following attributes of Jesus Christ, I bind and give ownership to my house through the power and Presence of His Spirit, [List ALL the Different Names of the Holy Spirit from the List Above] with all attributes, holiness, perfection, and authority that is found in His Holy Name displayed by His Perfect ministry, in the Name of Jesus Christ.”

Step 7 - Sealing Doors and Bloodline

“With the title of the property of my heart given to its proper owner, Yeshua by Way of His Spirit, I bind the doors of my house, my family, and my family line shut and I seal them with the blood of the Resurrected Lamb, disallowing the Enemy, his agents, and his lies from reentering my house, my family, and my family line from those same doors again in the Name of Yeshua. Additionally, I put on the full armor of God in those areas to stand in the gap as a guard against any assault from the Adversary on behalf of myself and my family line in the Name of Jesus: the Breastplate of Righteous, the Helmet of Salvation, the Belt of Truth, the Shoes of the Gospel of

Peace, I take up the Shield of Faith, and I wield the Sword of the Spirit built upon the Truths established this day in my heart.”

Step 8 - Declaration of Freedom

“Upon the following declarations with the authority vested in me, I have journeyed into the basement of my house and slayed the demons that previously called those areas their home. I decree and establish the liberty of those locations of my heart and the liberty of my family line in the addressed area(s) forever by Way of the Spirit of Yeshua: It is written that Yeshua is ‘the Truth,’ and today ‘the Truth’ has set me free because ‘who the Son sets free is free indeed’ (John 8:36) and ‘where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom.’ (2 Corinthians 3:17) I am free in Jesus’ Name! Hallelujah for the liberty found only in His blood! Amen.” ______________________________________________________________________________

Congratulations on the freedom you just received through this procedure! But this is only the first step! You were bound by some of these strongholds for generations so defeating them after one uprooting session is unlikely. Yahweh told us the reason why freedom must be won incrementally in Deuteronomy 7:22 which reads “The LORD your God will clear away these nations before you little by little. You may not make an end of them at once, lest the wild beasts grow too numerous for you.” The “nations” here are also representative of personal deliverance in that God will not allow us to remove these strongholds immediately because the quick deliverance will lead to quick backsliding by and through spiritual attacks from the “wild animals” (demonic spirits). Quickly crushing the people of Canaan in Joshua would have led to empty locations of the land. Empty areas of the land of our hearts allows for greater spiritual oppression by more demons (Matthew 12:43-45). On the other hand, uprooting little by little allows the changes He makes by His Spirit to be permanently added to our character through the refilling of those cleared territories with the Holy Spirit.

Steps 4B-8 must be repeated until the Lord reveals that you are completely free from all strongholds (which He will make abundantly clear). Remember this is a process which is why the Lord calls this life a marathon, a race requiring endurance (Hebrews 12:1). But if we are faithful, we will reap the harvest of freedom for ourselves and our family for generations. This WILL come to pass ONLY if we do not give up (Galatians 6:9). Determine to finish this race however long it takes and you will win your liberty!
